What is the Program?

IMPACT can provide eight (8) HIRTA bucks ($16.00) to eligible households to assist with transportation. The HIRTA bucks can be provided once per calendar month when funds are available.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for the HIRTA program, the household must have a household income at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Level. They must also lack access to another mode of transportation (ex: personal vehicle). This program is only available to Boone residents.
