At IMPACT, our volunteers are essential to who we are and what we do. Our volunteers support our mission by assisting in our food pantries and making food deliveries to families throughout Polk County.

Our volunteering processes are COVID-19-friendly in order to protect our volunteers, families, and staff. This includes virtual volunteer orientations, contactless deliveries, reduced in-pantry traffic to minimize possible exposure to COVID-19, and more.

We are always looking for more volunteers to help serve the families in our communities. If you are interested in learning more about these fulfilling opportunities or have questions about volunteering with IMPACT, please contact Rodney Osborne, Jr., our Community Engagement & Volunteer Coordinator, at 515-274-9943 or by email.
