What is the Program?
Polk County Nature Pass is a recreational discount program for families to receive 50% off activities and rentals at the Polk County Conservation Parks. With this card, families can receive discounts on camping, cabins, equipment rentals, program registration, equestrian programs, etc.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for the Nature Pass, you need to be a resident living in Polk County and your household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for the Jasper County Nature Pass, you need to be a resident living in Jasper County and your household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level.
