Norwalk NICE Water Assistance

IMPACT partners with the City of Norwalk to provide financial assistance to households with a termination notice or past-due balance on their water utilities. Eligible applicants can receive up to $200 per year through this program.  If you are not a Norwalk resident and have a termination notice on your water, please call 515-518-4770 to see if any other assistance is available.

To be eligible for Norwalk NICE (Neighborly Is a Community Effort), you must be a City of Norwalk Water customer with a household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Funding availability varies.
