What is the Program?

Thrive is a basic needs assistance program funded by several churches in Polk County for residents of Polk County that do not live in Des Moines. The Thrive Program can provide up to $250 per year for basic needs assistance. This assistance can be provided up to $250 per household per fiscal year (October–September).

Am I eligible?

To receive Thrive funding, families must be residents of Polk County that do not live in Des Moines and have a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Funding availability varies.
