IMPACT adds home visits to service options

DES MOINES, Iowa —

To increase ease of service access, residents to Jasper and Marion Counties may access the Low-Income Home and Energy Assistance Program (LiHEAP) and other IMPACT services in three ways:

  • Phone or text: 515-518-4770

  • Home visit: request by phone, text or email to schedule

The home visit option is available to schedule Mondays–Fridays, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., replacing the walk-in option which was available two days per week. IMPACT is grateful to expand service options and strengthen outreach. Voice mails and emails may be sent off hours and are responded to as soon as possible.
